THE sustainable and safe alternative for cleaning your tank trucks, tank containers, and silo trucks. Tankcleaning Geldermalsen is strategically located in Geldermalsen, visible from the A15 close to the interchange with the A2.    

In our commitment to sustainability, we build a biological water filtration system that processes wastewater in an eco-friendly way. With the 160 solar panels on our roof, combined with a battery pack, we can store and use our self-generated energy, making our energy use as self-sufficient as possible. Because safety always comes first at Tankcleaning Geldermalsen, we have equipped our truck sign up location with fall protection, allowing your drivers to safely and secured climb on top of the tank. 
  
Tankcleaning Geldermalsen has two cleaning lanes for food/feed, two cleaning lanes for chemical use. In addition of that we also have three heating stations.

Food/Feed

Tankcleaning Geldermalsen has two dedicated cleaning lanes where we clean food/feed products. These cleaning lanes comply with the latest HACCP standards. Additionally, we can perform cleaning according to the Kosher method.

Chemicals

Tankcleaning Geldermalsen has two dedicated cleaning lanes for chemical products. These lanes are equipped with a closed-loop system, to minimize staff exposure to chemical substances. Additionally, we have a gas treatment system that removes hazardous and strong-smelling gases through a carbon filter.

Heating

Tankcleaning Geldermalsen operates three heating stations where we use steam to heat non-ADR products. We use dipsticks to monitor and ensure that the desired temperature in the tank is reached.

Vacuum tests & ATP

We offer vacuum checks and ATP measurements, also we provide the option to seal the tank after cleaning.

Safety Shop

In our safety shop, we provide a diverse selection of personal protection equipment, tank gaskets, hose couplings, and a variety of truck washing and cleaning products.

Lounge area

Tankcleaning Geldermalsen provides a modern, comfortable lounge area with free WiFi. Drivers can enjoy free coffee and tea. Also there is a vending machine stocked with a range of snacks and drinks. Additionally, we offer a spacious and modern shower facility where drivers can shower at no charge. We believe that a clean tank goes hand-in-hand with a clean driver.

How it all started

Klaas van Ziel laid the foundation of Transportbedrijf Van Ziel B.V. in 1985. Starting as a self-employed person with only 1 single truck and an enormous amount of perseverance, he laid the foundation for our current company. In the photo you see one of the first vehicles. We could never have imagined that in 2024 there would be more than 50 trucks on the road every single day! We are proud of our past and confidently look forward to a bright future and further expension of our company(s).

Certifications

To ensure quality at Tankcleaning Geldermalse​n, we are a member of ATCN, which enables us to issue the EFTCO certificate. Additionally, we are SQAS and ISO 9001 certified and authorized to perform Kosher cleaning.

Acceptance Conditions, Tankcleaning Geldermalsen employs a fully biological water filtration system, which means not all products can be cleaned. Unfortunately, we are unable to clean the following products:

  • Products classified under hazard class 6 (toxic substances). 
  • Resins & dispersions. 
  • Products belonging to categories C & D.

Please submit your MSDS so that our assessor can evaluate the product. We request that drivers provide a CMR for verification before the cleaning process begins.
